I have Ryan Ludwick coming back Monday and I need to drop a player, who should I drop… Venable, Cody Ross or Jake Marisnick

your decision just got a lot easier ;)

Yep, Cody did you a favor there!

If you had to drop one of these 2 guys in a keeper league (NL only 12 team 5×5) both cheap looking at potential saves next year (I’m not making the money this year) who gets the axe? Strop or Ramos. It’s past trade deadline and I’m going to have to activate Estrada ($4) soon or lose him. Rest of my pitchers are Liriano $1, Turner $4, Cain $25, Alex Wood $2, Cingrani $2, Beachy $7, Rosenthal $7, Hawkins $8. DL Parnell $1, Luebke $7. Although not in the money I picked up Hawkins for saves since minor league draft pick order is based on points gained after the break (to keep incentive to not bail on the season or dump trade everyone).

I’d hold onto Ramos. He’s having a far better season than Strop, and with Cishek being arbitration eligible for the first time this winter, it wouldn’t surprise me if the Marlins look to deal him, thus opening up the closer role for Ramos.

my team is struggling on offense….my division lead is down to 1 game….Ive been using Moose at 3b and Dominguez at CI….would A Rod be worth taking a chance on and drop Dominguez……also someone just dropped Locke so would you take him also Lynn and tillman are available, wondering if they would be better options than Bailey?

Yeah, I think I’d rather have A-Rod than Dominguez at this point. As for the pitchers, I’d hold onto Bailey. I wouldn’t touch Locke.
